The minor evening course in illustration in the spring of 2009 is for those want to get an insight into what it is like to work as illustrator. To see how it is to work with different tasks, develop ideas from rough sketches to finished illustrated originals. A very good opportunity to improve yourself in color, design and illustration techniques. The course is more practical than theoretical and focus is son the exercises and allows you to develop your creative talents.
Starting dates. Wednesday February the 18th at 18.00.
Course Facts. We meet one evening a week, on Wednesdays between 18.00-20.30, for 10 weeks. During the sessions we alternate betweem practical exercises and workshops with briefings and presentations of your homework. Some working material during class time is supplied by the school. In addition to the specified study time, you can expect 5-10 hours homework per week.
Content. Illustration: color and form, drawing techniques, picture composition, illustration techniques, illustration projects, from concept to the original and professional orientation.
Application. There are no formal requirements, however, the number of places on the course are limited. Admission is in the order notifications arrive.
Submission. Submit the registration form to Forsbergs Skola, Skinnarviksringen 6, 117 27 Stockholm. Final notification is Friday, Feb. the 13th.
Fee. Course fee for the entire course is 10.000 skr add VAT 2.500 skr. When adopted, you must confirm your place by paying an entry fee of 1.875 skr which is subtracted from the entire course fee. The remaining fee is paid before the course. The Minor evening course is not eligible for study aid.
Diploma. All students receive a diploma approved by the presence and effort.
