ILLUSTRATION 8 classes
The Forsbergs School Illustration course is intended for someone who wants to get to grips with what it is like to work as a professional illustrator. You will practice working on a variety of projects and developing ideas from rough sketches to finished illustration originals. You’ll get an orientation in colour, design elements, and illustration techniques. The course is more practical than theoretical focuses on different types of in-class exercises and gives you a real opportunity to develop your creative talent.

COURSE DETAILS
The classes run from 6.00 pm to 8.30 pm. A total of 8 classes. During the classes, practical exercises and workshops are combined with feedback and presentations of your assignments. The school will provide materials for particular classes as necessary and beyond class time you can expect about 2-5 hours self self-study each week.
CONTENT
Colour and form, sketching, picture composition, illustration techniques, illustration projects from concept to the original, and orientation in digital techniques.
APPLICATION
There are no formal requirements to be admitted to the course but you will need a laptop for in-class use. The number of participants is limited and admission is based on the order of the applications.

FEE
The tuition fee for the course is 10.000 SEK, VAT included (8.000 SEK excl. VAT). Once you have been accepted, and you have confirmed your spot, a tuition fee invoice will be sent. No material and or software are included. The course is not eligible for student aid.
DIPLOMA
All students receive a diploma after successfully completing the course
