INTRODUCTION
Forsberg’s Distance Course in graphic design/advertising 1 is a distance education that caters to those who want to develop their talents and create a portfolio. This course is a merit for further education, or gives deeper knowledge and inspiration to those who are already working in design. The distance course began in the fall of 1991, and since then around 1500 students have received diplomas with very good results. Some have continued their studies with our full-time education or equivalent training. Others have advanced in their profession.
COURSE DETAILS
The course includes a total of 8 course letters. Each letter contains information, examples, tips and advice to inspire you, as well as tasks to be solved. Each task has a different degree of difficulty. You can choose which of the tasks best suits you and the degree of difficulty of the various letters. The students’ solutions from previous tasks are reported. Estimated work time is about 2-6 hours per week. Letters must be finished within about 2 weeks. We will send letters via email. Your teacher evaluates and returns your solutions along with personal comments. After the course you will receive a diploma and a personal review of your work and your portfolio.
CONTENTS
Packaging design, branding, poster design, digital content, and typeface design. The order of the letters may vary.
APPLICATION
To be admitted to the course are no formal requirements, however, the number of participants is limited. Admission is based on the order of the applications.

FEE
The tuition fee for the course is 11,200 SEK plus 2,800 VAT (value-added tax). Once you have been accepted, you must confirm your place by paying a registration fee of 1,875 SEK which is deducted from the course fee at billing. The remaining fee is to be paid before the course starts. The fee does not include costs for materials.
DIPLOMA
All students receive a diploma after passing the course.
