Do you want to understand how a website is built and be able to create and update your own? This course is aimed at those who want to learn the basics of web development and gain practical skills to take control of their digital presence. Throughout the course, we work step by step with how a website is structured, shaped, and developed, with a focus on function, content, and design. You will learn how to build a website from the ground up and how to work with content, structure, and publishing in a way that allows you to continue developing it over time. Through practical exercises, you will create your own website and develop an understanding of how to independently build, update, and maintain it in practice.

The course is aimed at those who want to learn the fundamentals of web development and work hands-on with creating their own website. The focus is on understanding how a website is built and how to work with structure, content, and basic functionality.
The teaching combines lectures with practical exercises where you gradually build your own website step by step. The course runs over 6 weeks with 6 hours per week, giving you time to absorb new knowledge while actively working on your own project between sessions.

You will work on understanding how a website is built from the ground up and how its different parts interact. The course provides an introduction to structure, content, and how to organize a website in a way that makes it clear and usable.
You will work hands-on with creating and developing your own website, practicing how to build content, adapt structure, and work with basic functionality. The focus is on giving you a solid foundation so that you can continue to develop and update your website independently after the course.
Through exercises and guidance, you will develop your understanding of how the web works in practice and how to work methodically to improve and maintain your own site over time.
application
You apply by completing our application form. The course has a limited number of places, but there are no formal requirements for applying. Once you receive an acceptance notification and wish to confirm your place, you secure it by paying a registration fee, which is later deducted from the final invoice that must be paid before the course starts.
fee
The course fee for the full course is 36,000 SEK including VAT. The fee includes selected course materials used during the course. The full amount must be paid prior to the start of the course.
certificate
All participants receive a certificate upon satisfactory attendance and completion of the course.
