Creative Writing
Do you want to develop your writing across literary forms such as prose, scripts, and poetry, while finding a more personal and expressive voice? In this course, we work in a creative writing workshop where you are given the opportunity to explore and deepen your writing through practical exercises, writing processes, and group reflection. The focus is on how language, structure, and narrative perspective can be used to create texts with clarity, presence, and engagement. You will receive guidance and continuous input that helps you develop both your writing technique and your ability to articulate your own ideas with greater precision and creative depth, whether you are working with narrative text, dramatic formats, book ideas, or more poetic expressions.

The course is designed for those who want to explore and develop their creative writing in a practical, process-driven environment. Through writing exercises, group sessions, and individual guidance, you will work on your own voice while also gaining insight from the processes of others. The teaching is based on a workshop format where writing is at the center, and feedback is used as an active tool for development. The course runs for 8 weeks and is held in the evenings.

You will work on developing ideas and transforming them into finished texts with clear direction and structure. Through practical exercises, you will practice writing across different literary forms and gain an understanding of how language, rhythm, and structure shape the reader’s experience. The course covers storytelling techniques, dramaturgy, and how to build a text from concept to complete work. You will explore how perspective, tone, and style can be used to create variation and expression, as well as how to revise and refine your texts. A key part of the course is reflection and feedback, where you develop both your own writing and your understanding of the work of others.
application
You apply by completing our application form. The course has a limited number of places, but there are no formal requirements for applying. Once you receive an acceptance notification and wish to confirm your place, you secure it by paying a registration fee, which is later deducted from the final invoice that must be paid before the course starts.
fee
The course fee for the full program is 18,000 SEK including VAT. The fee includes selected course materials used during the course. The full amount must be paid prior to the start of the course.
certificate
All participants receive a certificate upon satisfactory attendance and completion of the course.
